Prime Builders delivered 28 Herbert Street, a ground-up residential development at the intersection of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, built with a focus on Passive sustainability.
Developed as one of Brooklyn’s early carbon-neutral condominium projects, the building was designed to integrate high-performance construction with a contextual architectural approach. The exterior features vertical wood fins that soften the façade and relate to the surrounding low-rise streetscape.Interior work focused on a restrained material palette and efficient layouts, executed with careful coordination between the development and construction teams.
The project was completed in 20 months.
