Eric Hantman has been an entrepreneur his whole life. He has 18+ years experience in the NYC Real Estate Industry. Currently he has taken his vast experience owning a real estate brokerage for 12+ years, rehabbing and flipping houses for 5+ years and running the business development team at a top RE company and combined all his knowledge and experience into servicing the NYC market as a General Contractor, working with homeowners, developers, and business owners turn their RE vision into a reality. Eric thrives at making the stressful process of construction as seamless as possible through communication, attention to detail, and relationship building.
Eric started out in early 2005 and hit the ground running as a residential sales agent focused on New Development Condo Sales in Manhattan at Homestead NY. He quickly climbed the ranks to head up multiple office locations for Homestead. In 2008 Eric founded the residential brokerage firm, Prime NYC. While Prime NYC had a strong focus on residential sales and leasing, it organically added an Investment Sales division through Eric’s strong network of buyers, sellers and investors.
Eric spent many years taking his skills and putting them to work buying 1-4 family homes in NJ and Philly, rehabbing and selling 25+ properties. Eric has recently been renovating retail spaces, apartments, building out lobbies and corridors. Eric specializes in making the process seamless working with Home owners as well as management companies and landlords.
Eric has a passion for connecting people, building relationships and putting large deals together. MNS was a natural fit for Eric to continue his growth in the industry and seamlessly plug in his network to the vast infrastructure of NYC’s most comprehensive real estate firm. Eric has been involved in over $400 M of real estate transactions and is excited to see that number grow exponentially with the tools and resources at his disposal.
Eric has lived in Fort Greene Brooklyn since 2013 and has a vast knowledge of Brooklyn’s gentrifying areas. Before moving to Brooklyn, he lived in Manhattan for 10+ years after attending school at University of Maryland.
